Atul Maheshwari Scholarship 2025: This scholarship was introduced by the Amar Ujala Foundation in 2014 and this is a commendable initiative aimed at supporting academically meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Designed for students studying in classes 9 to 12 under state education boards, this scholarship seeks to alleviate financial barriers and empower young minds to pursue their academic aspirations. Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in their previous annual examinations and belong to families with an annual income of less than INR 2 lakh. The authorities will provide financial assistance of INR 50,000 for the students studying in classes 9th and 10th, and financial assistance of INR 75,000 will be given to the students studying in classes 11th and 12th.

Atul Maheshwari Scholarship – Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this merit-cum-means scholarship, the students need to fulfil certain eligibility conditions. Also, the applicants need to appear for the selection process conducted by the Amar Ujala Foundation and only after qualifying for this exam, the candidates can avail of the scholarship benefits. - Candidates from Classes 9 to 12 are eligible for the scholarship.
- Applicants must have secured more than 60% marks in their last annual exam.
- Annual family income of the applicant must not exceed ₹1,50,000.
Benefits
A total of 36 students will be selected for the scholarship, out of which 18 students from Classes 9 and 10 will be awarded ₹30,000 and 18 students from Classes 11 and 12 will be awarded ₹50,000.
Note:- 2 blind students, one from Class 10 and one from Class 12, will be considered for the scholarship program.

Selection Process
- The students will be selected on the basis of their clearance of eligibility criteria.
- The students must be studying in classes 9th to 12th in any regional board to be selected under the scholarship.
- To be selected under the scholarship does students must have scored 60% in their previous year’s examination.
